Monthly Income Report: April 2019

Well, April has wrapped up, and although I cut one of my monthly expenses completely - I still managed to lose almost the same amount of money as I did in May :(

Let's take a look!

Like always, let's cover my expenses first

Again, the month was spent mostly on focusing my efforts on growing my YouTube channel.

I brought my Fiverr expenses down to $46.30

If you read my income report from March, you'd know I was doing a lot of testing with Fiverr YouTube promotion gigs for my channel.

In March, I found a specific gig that was yielding pretty good results in terms of getting my videos a lot of watch time, that gig is here.

Since then, i've only tried a few new gigs, which allowed me to keep my expenses down.

Next, I have GetResponse at $20.05, and TubeBuddy at $65.51 (these will both be recurring monthly expenses).

I also spent $10.07 in April on a monthly pro subscription to VidIQ.

VidIQ is YouTube growth tool, much like TubeBuddy, but offers some slightly different insights. I discovered it through their YouTube channel, and figured i'd give it a try.

For my last expense note, I cancelled my subscription to BuilderAll, since I had no use for it at the time being.

Time for the earnings!

I made a total of $20.14 with Fiverr affiliates.

I created a video on my YouTube channel, showing how I was able to get over 20k minutes of watchtime using Fiverr gigs, you can check out that video here.

In the description of that video, I include my affiliate link to Fiverr, which has since gained around 50 clicks, and one gig purchase - which made me $20 in comissions.

That wraps it up for April!

That's it for this one guys, again - I fully expect these first few months to be in the red as I continue to test various things, and work on building up my online presense/brand and content.
